No contract will subsist between you and Perfect Silhouette (PS Lingerie) for the sale of any product unless and until Perfect Silhouette accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Perfect Silhouette send the e-mail to you. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Perfect Silhouette irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Perfect Silhouette is committed to respecting your privacy. The information we collect from you is used to process your order and will not be shared with sold or rented to others for purposes other than fulfilling your order.

Payment

Shopping at PS Lingerie couldn't be easier. Use the left hand menu to explore our beautiful products and make your purchases on the product pages, in most cases selecting size, then colour and then quantity. Click the Add to Basket button. A summary of your items will appear top right in My Basket. You can look at your order at any time by clicking the View button underneath My Basket. On this page you can also remove items from your basket, update quantities, order gift wrapping and ensure all is correct before you check out.

When you've finished shopping click the Checkout button to complete the order process. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure and to ensure that only you, the buyer, can access your account. You must be aged 16 and over to purchase goods. PS Lingerie cannot be held liable for unauthorised people ordering via your account using your password and payment details.

At the final Checkout stage you will be directed to the CardSave secure online payment page to pay for your order.

If you are paying in currency other than £ sterling your credit card company will make the necessary conversion.

CardSave accept major credit cards.

Data Protection & Security

We do not keep your payment/credit card details on our server. CardSave will be the collector of your payment details and you will be directed to their secure on-line payment page to make your payment.

Cookies: this website uses 'session cookies' whilst you are on the site so that you are able to add items to your Basket and login. In most browsers once you leave the site the cookie is removed automatically.

VAT

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at 20% and the VAT amount is shown in your shopping basket.  Our VAT registration number is 993584657.  Goods delivered outside the EU are not subject to VAT.

PS Lingerie Subscribers

To become a subscriber click the My PS Account link at the top of the page, then complete the details on our registration form. Once your registration is successful you can then login to your account via the same link.

In your PS Account area you can change your password and email address, view your order history, keep your details up to date and have your own PS Wish List.
