Refunds and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we would be happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please contact us by email or telephone to obtain a returns number and mark this clearly on your returned package.  Items will not be accepted without a returns number.  Faulty items must be reported upon receipt of your order and all items should be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original labels still intact within 14 days. Delivery charges will not be refunded; however, there will be no additional delivery costs for exchanged items.   This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please include the following information when emailing your request for a returns number:

• Full name, email address and/or daytime telephone number
• List of items returned
• Reason for return
• If an exchange, please give details of new requirements*
• Please write ‘refund’ if no exchange required**

* If the new item/s is more expensive than the returned one a further payment will be required, if less expensive the difference will be refunded.

** Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card used to make the initial purchase.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We suggest that you use the original packaging and obtain proof of posting or send by recorded delivery as PS Lingerie does not take responsibility for loss of packages sent to us.  Please note the returns number on the packaging.

Please note that some items are classed as a 'special order' and are non-returnable and non-refundable.  At present this only applies to our range of corsets as they are made to order, therefore, we recommend that extra care is needed when placing an order for this product.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
