Delivery

All stock orders will be despatched to you within 3 working days. If your item is out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible and either place an immediate order with our manufacturer, find an alternative product or offer a refund.

Out of stock items ordered from the manufacturer will usually be despatched to you within 7 working days. However, allowing for all eventualities, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Overseas Orders

Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world are sent by International Signed For and will require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times within Europe are approximately 3-10 working days, and the rest of the world including US and Australia takes approximately 5-14 days.

Please note that with all international orders we cannot be held responsible for duties and/or taxes that you may incur when you receive your package.

Delivery Charges

Within the UK

Delivery within the UK is currently free.

Europe and Worldwide

Delivery within Europe is £3.50 and to the rest of the world £5.50. All packages are sent by International Signed For and will require a signature upon delivery.
